Stopped here on a whim in search of classic breakfast that was also not a chain restaurant. Norma’s did not disappoint! I had the two egg Denver omelette with a side of home fries. And in all seriousness, that was the best omelette I’ve had in years. The egg was nice and thin, as were the diced ham, onions, and peppers. Couple things to keep in mind is they are cash only and do not take reservations. But they do have an ATM in the entryway if needed.
Such a nice place to pull off the Maine Turnpike and have a meal like you are visiting your Aunt. Family home like atmosphere, friendly staff, great breakfast and lunch menu of American classic food. Stopped in on a whim, now have a new favorite place in the Great state of Maine.
Came for lunch. Grilled cheese w bacon. Chicken salad sandwich on toasted wheat with lettuce and tomato. Side of chips and pickle
I love small town restaurants like this one. Food is really good - fresh and hot, waitstaff is super friendly, prices very reasonable. I go here often when I'm in town.
Cybil!! You are the best! Super friendly staff. The blueberry pancakes were delicious! Hot chocolate was made with love. The scrambled eggs didn’t have as much flavor as I would like but overall, very happy with my visit. Would highly recommend.
